For decades, I’ve been captivated by the natural beauty and potential of wood. My journey as a craftsman began with woodworking, shaping raw timber into both functional and artistic forms. Over the years, my passion for this material deepened, leading me to explore new artistic horizons and mediums. What started with wood evolved into a rich, multidisciplinary craft rooted in respect for nature and tradition.
As my skills grew, I was drawn to the intricate world of cabochon making—polishing and shaping gemstones into luminous, organic forms. The vibrant colors and patterns hidden within each stone sparked something new in me. It felt like a perfect extension of my love for wood: both are natural, timeless, and full of character. This fusion of wood and stone soon became the foundation of my evolving artistic voice.
Never one to settle, I continued expanding my repertoire, eventually diving into carving and silversmithing. Each new technique brought fresh challenges and rewards. Working with silver allowed me to frame and elevate the wood and stone in my pieces, introducing contrast, texture, and refinement. The result is a body of work that reflects both traditional craftsmanship and personal exploration—where every piece tells a story.
